      Accessing Cues - Eyes Movements that reveal the Certain States of the Communicators and ways of thinking and processing.
      As if Frame -
      To Act as if, experience Now "As if it is already happening"
      Analogue -
      (Submodality) varies continuously from Light to Dark  versus Digital which is Off or on it is a way of experiencing a picture in an Associated or Disassociated way. 
      Analogue Marking
      - Using Voice Tone , Facial Expressions Touch or Gesture to "Mark out" or Emphasize words or even Non verbal communication you would like somebody to focus on (Non Verbal can be raising an Eyebrow for example).
      Anchoring
      - A Reminder that stimulates a Response. Can be intentional or coincidental (An old Song that reminds you of ..)
      Association
      - Engaging in your experience with full emotions the contrast of this is Disassociation which suggests a misidentification of your self in any process.
      Auditory
      - (Representational System) How we experience what we hear through our senses.
      Behaviour .- An activity we engage in , even as a thought
      Belief
      - A Belief is something we feel very strongly about we believe this to be True and often will demand "proof" of anything otherwise. Beliefs are often connected to Values.
      Calibration
      - Tuning in to the way another person is processing information and eliciting and noting changes in state and perception.
      Chunking - Going to Higher or lower abstractions - Going up a level (Chunking up) to a more Vague perception. (Chunking down) a level a more Associated perception with more specific detail.
      Complex equivalence
      - "Her frown means she doesn't like me" - External behaviour (Her Frowning) means internal state (she doesn't like me) a "Meta Model" - Distortion.
      Congruence
      - A State where a person feels Certain Physically, Spiritually and Mentally or 100 % sure.
      Conscious
      - (Mind) Present movement awareness 7 pieces of information plus or minus two.
      Content
      - The details of an event. example the coffee in my cup is the content.
      Context
      - The setting Frame of Process in which the events occur and provide meaning for content. Example Coffee that has just been taken from the coffee post is hot (Coffee can also be cold, warm, frozen etc..)
      Cues
      - Clues as to when a process or change in structure has begun.
      Deletion
      - Meta Model The speaker has Information missing from their communication: The process begins to recover the missing information.
      Digital
      - Black or White, On or off a processing style that goes between two states.
      Distortion - Meta Model We use Language to distort our experience.  
      Downtime
      - A light Trance state - A time of internal review.
      Ecology
      - Concern for the overall relationships connected to the Person or self.
      Elicitation - Gathering information to find the starting point.
      First Position
      - Perceptual Positions refers to a focus on Self only.
      Frame
      - Context, Situation a way to think about things
      Future Pace
      - Rehearsing an Event (Mentally/Physiologically) before it occurs.
      Generalization
      - Meta Model Limits the speakers Model much of the information has not been transmitted and instead Generalized.
      Gestalt
      - A collection of memories that are connected neurologically based on similar emotion.
      Gustatory
      - The way in which we represent information through our stomach "A Gut Feeling"
      Hard Wired
      - A Neurologically based factor, the neural connectors  primarily formed during gestation. can be compared to the hard wiring of a computer.
      Incongruence
      - Part of you wants one thing, another Part of you wants another thing. This can often be at an unconscious level which can be Transmitted to others through Non Verbal Communication.
      Installation - A Process in which a new Concept has been taught in Mind Body to become an automatic unconscious response.

      Kinesthetic
      - The way in which we Represent communication and process through feelings.
      Logical Levels of change
      - How a person organizes by Hierarchy what changes will occur within themselves.
      Metaphor
      - Story, analogy, picture etc .. a parallel concept of teaching a new lesson at an unconscious level. 
      Modeling
      - Unpacking unconscious strategies that work and observing or replicating their structure and process.
      Neuro
      - How we use our Brain
      Neuro Linguistic Programming
      -The Study and structure of Subjective Experience. A Process of Modeling Excellence as a way to improve ones own experience and that of others.

      - Patterns That were recreated by John Grinder and Judith Delozier in regard to NLP
      Olfactory
      - The way in which we process information through the sense of smell.
      Perceptual Positions
      - The Strategy that involves moving to other peoples "points of view" and being able to assess any situation specifically a complex and subjective experience from several other points of view. in doing this you are able to change the way you emotionally relate to your original strategy.
      Predicate
      - Sensory based language we choose to describe our experience : See, Hear, Salty, Stinks, Feel etc.
      Programming
      - sequencing behaviour, beliefs, and other patterns into a far more useful strategy and teaching these to the unconscious mind to change an Outcome.
      Rapport
      - To fuse a connection between another person at an unconscious verbal on non verbal energetic symmetry.
      Reframing
      - To change the context of any situation to one more useful in order to change an emotional state.

      SNLP - Abbreviation for the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
      Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming

      State
      - How a person Feels at any given time Mentally, Emotionally, Physically or Spiritually.
      Strategy
      - a combination of Actions usually less than 5 Steps to create any outcome.
      T.O.T.E model
      - Test - Operate - Test - Exit a systemic approach to gain feedback of behaviour.
      Well formed outcomes
      - An NLP Approach to engaging Sensory Acuity, Ecology and a number of other NLP Processes to an effective process of Goal Setting.
