So Was Byron who was working as a Sales Manager at a Fortune 500 Company
Here is Byron's Story
"2 Years ago I was working for a Sales firm, I was in their Sales department and became extremely good at selling their product. After being there Six months and outperforming the other Sales reps, the CEO took me into the office and told me the Company would like to promote me to Sales manager.This was was pretty much unheard of within Our Company.
I jumped at the opportunity, It came with a large increase and Higher Bonuses from my Team. I was managing a Team of 15 Sales Reps and I was supposed to duplicate my Sales skills and bring out the best in them.
The Problem was I was good at doing sales I just didn't know how to Teach them how to do it.
I Couldn't Explain what I was doing to become the Top Seller !
After Three months on my New Job it was becoming Embarrassing. I was trying Everything to Get them to Perform and instead of our Sales going up they went down. In fact I was so distracted Trying to learn new management Techniques I was up all night reading and Studying and Tired all Day at work.
I was about to throw in the Towel when my Sister said she was going to a local NLP Study Group and asked me if I would join her. I had heard about NLP and even dabbled with a bit of Reading it, but it just seemed so confusing.
That Night my whole world Changed !
It was like I finally had found the Answer, The missing piece of the Puzzle !
At the End of the Study Group I rushed over to speak to the Trainer ... And the Rest They say is History"
